SAP Implementation Project Manager

We are looking for a dedicated SAP Implementation Manager to take full ownership of our SAP ecosystem.

This is a practical, execution-heavy role.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of SAP module rollouts, system enhancements, and stabilizing the platform for our office and site-based teams.You aren't just managing a timeline; you are ensuring that our SAP environment actually works for a large-scale construction operation.

You will be the point person for translating our construction workflows into SAP configurations and ensuring that the system is fully adopted by the workforce.Module Rollout & Optimization: Lead the daily activities for implementing or upgrading specific SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, FICO, MM, or PS).Vendor & Consultant Oversight: Manage the daily deliverables of external SAP consultants to ensure they meet our technical requirements on time.Operational Troubleshooting: Act as the first line of defense for SAP "bottlenecks," working to fix data flow or process issues immediately.User Training & Support: Coordinate hands-on training sessions for site engineers and accountants to ensure they use SAP correctly.UAT Management: Lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase for every new feature, ensuring it is "field-ready" before going live.

SAP Expertise: At least 8 years of experience in SAP implementation, with a deep understanding of core modules relevant to construction (MM, FI, or Project Systems).Construction Industry Knowledge: Proven experience implementing SAP within the construction, engineering, or heavy industry sectors in Egypt.Project Management Mastery: Strong ability to track multiple SAP sub-projects simultaneously using rigorous methodology.S/4HANA Experience: Familiarity with S/4HANA migrations or implementations is a significant advantage.Problem-Solver: A "hands-on" approach to identifying system gaps and working with technical teams to bridge them.Communication: Ability to explain SAP's complex logic to non-technical staff in simple, operational terms.
