Coordinate with internal departments and external clients Follow up on tasks and ensure deadlines are met Assist in handling client inquiries and documentation Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant (preferably in real estate or construction)
Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure Professional appearance and attitude
