Senior Copywriter / Content Creator

*Develop strong, original concepts and creative ideas tailored to each platform (social, digital, OOH, TV/film, activations)

• Lead at least one or two large-scale, high-production campaigns from concept to delivery.
• Own the creative workflow end to end — briefing, ideation, production, and final execution.
• Manage and mentor junior copywriters and content creators, reviewing and elevating their work.
• Collaborate with art directors, designers, and producers to ensure ideas translate across formats.
• Adapt tone and messaging across audiences and channels while keeping the brand voice consistent.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in an advertising agency environment*Proven track record on at least one or two mega campaigns involving high-production ads*Deep understanding of the full creative workflow and production process*Demonstrated ability to generate solid, platform-specific concepts*Experience managing or leading a creative team*Strong portfolio showcasing big-idea thinking and craft
