Handle day-to-day corporate legal affairs and provide legal support to management and different departments.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
Handle legal documentation related to customers, suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
Follow up on company licenses, permits, registrations, and governmental legal requirements.
Handle and follow up on legal cases, disputes, claims, and external lawyers.
Provide legal support regarding labor and employment matters when required.
Ensure compliance with applicable Egyptian laws and regulations.
Provide legal support to the factory regarding operational, contractual, governmental, and regulatory matters.
Maintain accurate and updated legal records and documentation.
Bachelor's degree inLaw.
3+ years of experience in Legal Affairs.
Mandatory: Previous experience in a corporate/company environment.
Mandatory: Previous experience in a factory/manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge ofEgyptian Corporate, Commercial, Contract, and Labor Law.
Proven experience in contracts, legal documentation, licenses, and governmental procedures.
Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Good command of English and MS Office.
