Senior Customer Service Representative

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales requests related to real estate units and projectsManage project handovers and coordinate all related customer requirementsFollow up on maintenance requests, service issues, and pending cases to ensure high customer satisfactionManage client modification requests and coordinate effectively with relevant departmentsCoordinate with internal departments (Technical, Site, Legal, and Finance) to ensure smooth case resolutionAttend regular site visits (3 days per week or more if required) while maintaining Head Office responsibilitiesMaintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions, modifications, and case progressEnsure professional communication and deliver a premium customer experience at all stages

3–5 years of experience in Customer Service within Real Estate or Construction companiesPrevious experience in project handovers is required (North Coast experience is a plus)Bachelor’s degree is requiredPreferred fields: Business Administration, Commerce, Mass Communication, or related disciplinesStrong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skillsHigh level of professionalism and customer service orientationAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
