الوصف الوظيفي

● Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports.

● Analyze revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, profitability, cash flow, and working capital.

● Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial projections in coordination with different departments.

● Perform actual vs. budget vs. forecast analysis and investigate significant variances.

● Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support management decisions.

● Prepare management dashboards and KPI reports.

● Analyze product, customer, channel, and business-unit profitability.

● Monitor key financial and operational KPIs and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

● Support the preparation of the annual operating plan and long-term financial plan.

● Provide financial analysis for new products, pricing decisions, investments, and business initiatives.

● Prepare cash flow forecasts and support working-capital analysis.

● Work closely with Accounting to ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial information.

● Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvement.

● Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.

● Support the Finance Manager/CFO in presentations and business reviews.

● Ensure data integrity and consistency between the ERP system and management reports.

● Continuously improve financial reporting, analysis tools, and processes.

المتطلبات والشروط

● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

● 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, management accounting, or a similar role.

● Strong knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles.

● Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, PivotTables, and data analysis.

● Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, SAP, or Oracle is an advantage.

● Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools is preferred.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.

● Strong communication and presentation skills.

● Good command of English.
