Senior Marketing Specialist

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the food industry.Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and email platforms.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.Collaborate with sales and product development teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and promotional activities.Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights.Lead and mentor junior marketing team members.Build strong relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and partners.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in the food industry is a must.Proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns.Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, CRM systems).Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.Creative mindset with strong analytical abilities.Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
