  • Advanced Project Scheduling:Develop and maintain detailed, critical-path construction schedules utilizing industry-standard software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • Stakeholder Coordination:Liaise effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to secure resource availability and orchestrate seamless, efficient workflows.
  • Resource Optimization:Strategically optimize resource allocation and baseline schedules to balance project requirements against operational constraints.
  • Risk Mitigation:Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate potential project risks to safeguard timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Progress Monitoring & Control:Track project milestones rigorously, implementing corrective actions to preemptively address delays and keep projects on schedule.
  • Financial Integration:Collaborate with the finance department to align construction schedules with budget estimates, cash flow projections, and financial forecasts.
  • Site Verification & Governance:Conduct regular site inspections and stakeholder meetings to audit schedule adherence and resolve critical on-site challenges.

المتطلبات والشروط

  • Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related technical field.

Professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is highly advantageous.

  • Planning & Project Experience:A minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in construction planning, project management, or scheduling workflows.
