Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist to lead sourcing strategies, supplier management, and cost optimization initiatives.
The role requires strong analytical capabilities to evaluate market trends, supplier performance, and procurement data to drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:Strategic Procurement Lead end-to-end sourcing processes including supplier identification, RFQs/RFPs, bid evaluation, and supplier selection.
Develop and execute category sourcing strategies based on spend analysis and business needs.
Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, technologies, and cost-saving opportunities.
Manage tendering processes and ensure competitive bidding.
Perform Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis for sourcing decisions.
Supplier ManagementEvaluate, select, and manage suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and risk assessments.Data Analysis & ReportingAnalyze procurement data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.Develop dashboards and reports on KPIs such as cost savings, supplier performance, and spend analysis.Use data-driven insights to support decision-making and forecasting.Market & Risk AnalysisMonitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply chain risks.Conduct benchmarking and competitive analysis.Develop mitigation strategies for supply disruptions.
Process OptimizationImprove procurement processes, systems, and policies.Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.Lead digital transformation initiatives (ERP, e-procurement tools).Stakeholder CollaborationWork closely with finance, operations, and project teams to align procurement plans.Provide advisory support on budgeting and cost control.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (master’s preferred).5–10+ years of procurement experience, preferably in a senior or strategic role.Professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) are a plus.
