Identify and generate leads through various channels (calls, referrals, online platforms, etc.).Assist clients in property selection based on their needs, budget, and preferences.Provide detailed information on available properties, including pricing, features, and financing options.Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the sales/rental process.Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.Stay updated with market trends, property laws, and competitor activities.Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deals, and transactions.

Experienced : Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate or sales.Strong negotiation & communication skills.Presentable, motivated & customer-focused.Own car is a plus.
