Review the annual demand of products with management to stand on the requested quantities and sizes.Review the requested sizes and quantities availability with Suppliers to confirm on production.Set the annual supply plan with the main suppliers to request the yearly production.Set the monthly schedule of each order and contact with suppliers to confirm the datesEnsure the best utilization of container’s space during the process of finalizing the monthly order with the supplier using the full capacity with the available stock from the suppliersReview the Proforma invoices to be aligned with the monthly order’s (QTY, Sizes, Prices, confirmed payment terms, and E-marks)Register any needed E-marks with GOEICApply for ACID by the Proforma invoices on Nafeza systemSend the ACID to the suppliers and confirm that it’s added on all the final documentsReview the received original documents from the suppliers and confirm with supplier to upload on Cargo-XSign the uploaded documents (on Nafeza system) and it them to the bankSet the bank application with the original documents to issue form No. 4Align with the clearing agency to clear the shipmentsCordinate with the W.H for the up coming shipments to prepare for their receiving.Align with the finance team to prepare the amounts needed to the customsKeep the Sales & Retail team updated with the upcoming shipments to manage their deals with customersDistribute the needed sizes & QTYs on the retail stores in alignment with the retail head.Deal with suppliers for Credit Notes related to operation.Present Stock Situation Report with DOT analysis to management team.
BSc of Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.Proven experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management, preferably in the tire or retail sectors.Minimum 3 years in the supply chain positionStrong knowledge of logistics systems, including Nafeza and Cargo-X.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.Strong communication and coordination abilities to manage cross-functional teams.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
