Manage the full recruitment cycle from manpower request to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical, commercial, and corporate positions.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels.
Manage job postings across recruitment platforms and social media.
Conduct competency-based interviews and prepare candidate evaluations.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Negotiate job offers and manage the offer process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Monitor recruitment KPIs including Time to Fill, Quality of Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Recruitment SLA.
Build relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and professional networks.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure data integrity within the ATS.
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities.
Participate in career fairs, recruitment events, and talent attraction campaigns.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and hiring procedures.
Continuously improve recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.

المتطلبات والشروط

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum4–6 yearsof experience in Talent Acquisition.
Minimum3 years of experience in Real Estate Development(Must).
Previous experience managing end-to-end recruitment for technical and corporate positions.
Experience recruiting for Engineering, Construction, Commercial, and Support Functions.
HR certifications are considered an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition best practices.
Experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media.
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment techniques.
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Previous experience within the Real Estate Development industry.
Strong networking and headhunting capabilities.
Experience with employer branding initiatives.
Knowledge of competency-based interviewing.
Data-driven mindset with experience tracking recruitment KPIs.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
