Contact and engage potential customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Follow up with leads throughout the sales cycle until the deal is successfully closed.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and lead information on the CRM system.
Re-engage inactive and existing leads to generate additional sales opportunities.
Build and maintain professional, long-term relationships with customers.
Prepare regular sales and follow-up reports.
Coordinate with the Marketing Team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable services or solutions.

المتطلبات والشروط

3–6 years of proven experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, Inside Sales, or WhatsApp Sales.
Previous experience in selling educational or training services is highly preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, objection-handling, and closing skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven sales environment.
Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
Willingness to work rotating shifts and on-site in Mansoura.
A proven track record of achieving monthly sales targets is essential.
Shortlisted candidates should be prepared to discuss specific examples and/or measurable sales results from previous roles during the interview.
