Job Description

  • Contact and engage potential customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
  • Follow up with leads throughout the sales cycle until the deal is successfully closed.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and lead information on the CRM system.
  • Re-engage inactive and existing leads to generate additional sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain professional, long-term relationships with customers.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, objection-handling, and closing skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven sales environment.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts and on-site in Mansoura.
