Senior Tool & Die Maker

We are looking for an experienced Tool & Die Maker to join a growing manufacturing team on a first-shift schedule, focusing on high-pressure die casting tooling.

Key Responsibilities:✔️ Build, repair, and maintain high-pressure die casting tools, dies, and mold components.✔️ Read and interpret blueprints, 3D CAD models, and technical engineering drawings.✔️ Machine, grind, fit, and assemble precision tool components, core pins, and cavity inserts.✔️ Perform tool troubleshooting and repairs, addressing issues like thermal cracking, erosion, deformation, and flash.✔️ Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring tools to ensure strict dimensional tolerances are maintained.

10th of Ramadan city or near by residence is required.5+ years of Tool & Die Maker or related mold-making experience.High school diploma or equivalent.Strong blueprint reading and machining skills.Knowledge of quality control and inspection processes.Ability to solve technical and mechanical challenges.
