الوصف الوظيفي

  • Prepare detailedShop Drawingsfor architectural and/or construction works based on approved design drawings and project requirements.
  • Develop detailed drawings, sections, elevations, and construction details usingAutoCADand other relevant software.
  • Review design drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accurate implementation of project requirements.
  • Coordinate shop drawings with structural, MEP, and architectural drawings to identify and resolve clashes and discrepancies.
  • Ensure that all drawings comply with approved designs, project specifications, codes, and applicable standards.
  • Coordinate with the Site Engineers and Project Team to ensure that shop drawings are practical and suitable for site execution.
  • Prepare revisions and incorporate comments received from consultants and project management.
  • Follow up on the submission, review, approval, and updating of shop drawings.
  • Maintain proper records and documentation of all drawings, revisions, and technical submissions.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers when required to ensure technical requirements are properly reflected in the drawings.
  • Provide technical support and clarification to the site team whenever required.
  • Ensure timely completion of shop drawings in accordance with the project schedule.

  • Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree inCivil Engineering, Architecture, or a related engineering discipline.3–5 years of relevant experiencein Technical Office / Shop Drawings, preferably within construction or contracting companies.Strong experience in preparing and reviewingShop Drawings and detailed construction drawings.Very good knowledge ofAutoCAD.Knowledge ofRevitand/or other engineering design software is an advantage.Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and technical specifications.Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.Good coordination and communication skills.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.Good command ofEnglishis preferred.Preferred SkillsExperience working on residential, commercial, hospitality, or large-scale construction projects.Familiarity with consultant submission and approval procedures.Ability to coordinate effectively with Site, Design, Planning, and Project Management teams.
