You'll be working on-site, collaborating with a talented team of professionals, and utilizing your expertise to overcome challenges and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications and budgets.Implement and enforce strict quality control procedures.Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.Utilize AutoCAD to review and interpret technical drawings and plans.Oversee interior finishing and fit-out processes, ensuring precision and quality.Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively.Manage quantities and ensure accurate surveying for optimal resource allocation.Maintain detailed and accurate records of site activities and progress.

Here’s what we’re looking for:Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer in construction, civil engineering, or architectural projects.Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil Engineering principles, and Quantity Surveying. A strong understanding of Construction methodologies and Architectural Engineering is essential.Site Supervision: Demonstrated ability in Site Supervision, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.Interior Finishing & Fit-Out: Hands-on experience with Interior Finishing and Fit-Out processes.Software Proficiency: Competent in using Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation.Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities are a must.Education: A degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field is highly desirable.If you’re a driven and experienced Site Engineer ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply!
