Spare Parts Stock Controller

Lead and execute comprehensive Spare Parts Management strategies, ensuring optimal stock levels and availability.Perform rigorous Stock Control activities, including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching spare parts with utmost accuracy.Drive Inventory Management best practices, conducting regular audits and cycle counts to reconcile discrepancies and maintain data integrity.Utilize advanced ERP Systems to track inventory, process orders, and generate insightful reports.Collaborate with suppliers and manage Vendor Relations to ensure timely delivery and favorable terms for procurement.Coordinate effectively with internal departments and Logistics Coordination partners to support operational needs.Implement and oversee efficient Warehouse Operations and Material Handling procedures, adhering to safety and quality standards.Conduct Data Analysis on inventory trends to forecast demand, identify potential shortages, and optimize replenishment processes.Champion Quality Control measures for all incoming and outgoing parts, ensuring compliance with specifications.Proactively identify and resolve inventory-related issues, demonstrating strong Problem-Solving skills.Continuously seek opportunities for Process Improvement within the stock control and supply chain functions.

A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive, hands-on experience in spare parts management, inventory control, or a similar logistics role.A proven track record as an Experienced professional in a fast-paced supply chain or warehouse environment.Demonstrated proficiency in Spare Parts Management, Stock Control, and advanced Inventory Management techniques.Exceptional command of ERP Systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for inventory tracking and reporting.Solid understanding of Warehouse Operations, Material Handling, and Logistics Coordination principles.Strong capabilities in Data Analysis to inform decision-making and optimize stock levels.Excellent skills in Vendor Relations and Procurement, with a knack for building strong professional partnerships.Commitment to Quality Control and meticulous Attention to Detail.Proactive Problem-Solving abilities and a drive for Process Improvement.A relevant Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred, or equivalent professional certifications and experience.
