Spare Parts Storekeeper (Petroleum Services)

Our expertise includes OCTG Services, API & Premium Connection Rethreading, Machine Shop Manufacturing, Repair, Bucking Operations, Welding, Hard banding, and related workshop and field services.This position is site-based and requires working on a 3 week on/1 week off rotation at the company's operational sites (Alex or Matrouh)Job PurposeWe are seeking a reliable and organized Storekeeper to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and controlling spare parts, tools, consumables, and materials while ensuring inventory accuracy and timely availability to support maintenance and operational activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesInventory ControlReceive and inspect incoming spare parts and materials.Maintain accurate inventory records and stock balances.Ensure proper storage and identification of spare parts.Monitor stock levels and report shortages.Spare Parts ManagementIssue spare parts according to approved requests.Track consumption and usage of maintenance materials.Maintain stock for critical equipment spare parts.Assist in identifying fast-moving and critical items.Warehouse OperationsOrganize warehouse locations and storage areas.Ensure proper labeling and housekeeping.Conduct periodic stock counts and inventory verification.Support annual inventory audits.DocumentationRecord all inventory transactions.Maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and Issue Vouchers.Update inventory records manually or through ERP system.Prepare stock reports when required.Safety & ComplianceEnsure safe storage of materials and consumables.Follow warehouse safety procedures.Maintain cleanliness and order inside the warehouse.

Technical Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.Minimum 3 years of experience as a Storekeeper, preferably in industrial or Oil & Gas companies.Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.Basic technical understanding of industrial equipmentExperience using Microsoft Excel.Good communication and organizational skills.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Preferred ExperienceSpare parts warehouse.Industrial equipment.Oil & Gas / Petroleum Services.
