Stock Controller

Monitor and control inventory levels across warehouses and project sites.Perform regular stock reconciliations and investigate inventory discrepancies.Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely system updates.Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and project teams to ensure stock availability.Prepare inventory reports and analyze stock movements.Conduct periodic physical inventory counts and reconcile with system records.Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and internal control procedures.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.3–5 years of experience as a Stock Controller, preferably in construction, real estate development, or related industries.Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, and warehouse operations.Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
