Stock Keeper

receive ,inspect ,and record incoming raw materials, spare parts , production supplies, and finished production.

• organize and store materials in the warehouse according to proper storage production.
• issue raw materials and supplies to the production department based on approved material requests.
• maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions , including receipts , issues , and returns.

monitor stock levels and ensure the availability of required materials.

• conduct regular and periodic physical inventory counts and recorded balances.

prepare inventory and stock movement reports.

• coordinate with production , purchasing finance , and quality departments.
• ensure proper identification , labeling , and arrangement of all stored materials.
• maintain warehouse cleanliness , safety, and proper organization .
• Follow FIFO procedures when applicable.
• Report shortages, damaged materials, discrepancies, or slow-moving items to management .
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and warehouse regulations .
