Job Description
receive ,inspect ,and record incoming raw materials, spare parts , production supplies, and finished production.
- organize and store materials in the warehouse according to proper storage production.
- issue raw materials and supplies to the production department based on approved material requests.
- maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions , including receipts , issues , and returns.
monitor stock levels and ensure the availability of required materials.
- conduct regular and periodic physical inventory counts and recorded balances.
prepare inventory and stock movement reports.
- coordinate with production , purchasing finance , and quality departments.
- ensure proper identification , labeling , and arrangement of all stored materials.
- maintain warehouse cleanliness , safety, and proper organization .
- Follow FIFO procedures when applicable.
- Report shortages, damaged materials, discrepancies, or slow-moving items to management .
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and warehouse regulations .
Requirements & Qualifications
*Minimum 3 years of experience as a warehouse keeper or Storekeeper.
- previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- experience in plastic injection manufacturing is a strong advantage.
- Good knowledge of raw materials, spare parts, production supplies, and finished products.
- Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
- Experience in physical stock counting and inventory reconciliation.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems is preferred.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- High level of accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with different departments.
- High level of honesty and integrity.
