Storekeeper

Organizing and managing inventory, ensuring the receipt and issuance of goods and products according to the approved documentation process, and maintaining the integrity of the inventory.

Receiving incoming shipments and goods at the warehouse, verifying their conformity to purchase orders, and checking their quality.

Organizing and arranging goods within the warehouse according to safety standards and the approved classification (FIFO/LIFO).

Issuing products and materials based on an approved and documented disbursement authorization.

Conducting periodic (weekly/monthly) and surprise inventory counts and reconciling the physical balance with the book balance.

Immediately reporting any shortages, damage, or deficiencies in the safety margin levels of the inventory.

Qualifications:* A suitable higher or above-average qualification.Experience:* 3 to 5 years as a warehouse keeper (preferably in the same field as the company).Strong knowledge of warehouse management methods and documentation procedures (receipt slips, disbursement slips, returns).Proficiency in computer use and warehouse software.Ability to work under pressure, and a high level of integrity and responsibility.
