We are seeking an exceptional Supply Chain Director to join our high-performing team in Cairo, Egypt.

This is an on-site role where your expertise will directly shape our future.

Overview: As our Supply Chain Director, you will be at the helm of our entire supply chain ecosystem, responsible for its strategic development, optimization, and execution.

You will lead a dedicated team, implement cutting-edge strategies, and ensure the efficient flow of goods from procurement to final distribution.

Responsibilities:Strategically lead and develop the end-to-end supply chain, including logistics, procurement, warehousing, and distribution.Drive innovation in supply chain processes, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Oversee demand planning and forecasting to ensure optimal inventory levels and responsiveness to market changes.Manage and optimize relationships with suppliers and third-party logistics providers.Implement robust risk management strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions.Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.

Skills & Technologies: You will be leveraging your deep expertise in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, and Strategic Planning. A strong understanding of Demand Planning, Warehousing Management, and Procurement Management is essential.

Experience with advanced supply chain software and data analytics tools will be highly valued.

A minimum of 12-20 years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management, with a significant portion at a senior leadership or director level.Proven expertise in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, and Strategic Planning.Demonstrated mastery in Demand Planning, Warehousing Management, Procurement Management, and Distribution Networks.Exceptional capabilities in Risk Management, Operations Management, and Vendor Management.Strong financial acumen, including experience with Budget Management and cost control.Superior leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.A strategic thinker with a passion for Process Optimization and leveraging Data Analysis to drive informed decisions.Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is highly desirable.Career Level: This is a Senior Management position, requiring a seasoned professional ready to lead with vision and impact.
