Chema Foamis looking for aTalent AcquisitionSpecialist to supportrecruitmentacross our office and factory teams.We’re looking for someone who can identify suitable candidates, coordinate the hiring process, and deliver a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, from publishing vacancies and sourcing candidates to interviews and offer follow-up.
• Work withhiring managersto understand job requirements and update

job descriptions.

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other relevantchannels.
• ScreenCVs and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, interest, and role suitability.
• Schedule interviews, collect feedback, and keep candidates informed throughout the process.
• Build and maintain a candidatedatabasefor current and future vacancies.
• Maintain accuraterecruitment recordsand prepare regular hiring updates.
• Coordinatewith HR to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
