Job Description
Chema Foamis looking for aTalent AcquisitionSpecialist to supportrecruitmentacross our office and factory teams.We’re looking for someone who can identify suitable candidates, coordinate the hiring process, and deliver a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities, from publishing vacancies and sourcing candidates to interviews and offer follow-up.
- Work withhiring managersto understand job requirements and update
job descriptions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other relevantchannels.
- ScreenCVs and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, interest, and role suitability.
- Schedule interviews, collect feedback, and keep candidates informed throughout the process.
- Build and maintain a candidatedatabasefor current and future vacancies.
- Maintain accuraterecruitment recordsand prepare regular hiring updates.
- Coordinatewith HR to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
Requirements & Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2years of experience inrecruitment or talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience in candidate sourcing,CV screening, and initial interviews.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational skills and the ability tomanage multiple vacancies.
- Good command ofEnglishand proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail and discretion when handling candidate information.
