Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist - Mass Hiring

Lead end-to-end mass hiring initiatives to fulfill high-volume recruitment needs across multiple business units.Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies.Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture.Coordinate and conduct large-scale recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and assessment centers.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs and provide consultative support throughout the hiring process.Maintain and update applicant tracking systems, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress.Analyze recruitment metrics and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of mass hiring campaigns.Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and ethical recruitment practices.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future mass hiring requirements.Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization’s reputation as an employer of choice.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3 to 5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on mass or high-volume hiring.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software.Ability to analyze data and recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.Strong organizational and time management skills.Experience working in a multicultural and diverse environment.Flexibility to work onsite and adapt to changing business needs.
