• Manage and optimizeour Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records and streamline recruitment workflows.
• Develop and implementinnovative talent acquisition strategies tailored to the unique demands of the engineering and construction industries.
• Skills & Technologies:
• You will leverage your expertise inTalent Acquisition,Recruitment, andInterviewing.

Proficiency with variousApplicant Tracking Systems (ATS)is key, alongside strong capabilities inCandidate SourcingandStakeholder Management.

Experience in recruiting forCivil Engineering,Architecture, andConstructionroles is highly valued.
