Team leader for Arabic Account

We're looking for a Team Leader to join our Coca-Cola Account and drive team performance while delivering an exceptional customer experience.Lead, support, and motivate the team to achieve performance targets.Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.Monitor daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.Handle escalated customer issues and support the team in resolving complex cases.Track team KPIs and prepare performance reports.Conduct team meetings and provide updates on performance and business requirements.Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective operations.Maintain a positive and productive team environment.

Previous experience as a Team Leader in the telecommunications/call center industry.Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.Ability to manage KPIs, SLAs, quality, and productivity targets.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Experience handling escalations and performance management.Very good command of English.Location: [Nasr city]Shift: [9 working hours rotational]
