Technical Pre-Sales Engineer - Modular Operating Theatre (OT) Capsules

Job Description:We are a leading manufacturing factory in Egypt specializing in specialized medical infrastructure.

We are seeking a highly technical and commercial Technical Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team.In this role, you will act as the technical bridge between our production factory and healthcare clients.

You will be responsible for translating complex hospital requirements into custom manufactured Modular Operating Theatre (OT)

Capsules, managing technical submittals, and securing factory pipeline orders.Duties & Responsibilities:Tender Management: Review and analyze public and private healthcare tenders to extract technical compliance requirements for modular operating rooms.Technical Submittals & BOQs: Prepare detailed technical proposals, financial offers, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and compliance sheets for clients and consultants.Site Surveys: Conduct on-site structural, electrical, and mechanical dimensions surveys at hospitals across Egypt to verify installation feasibility before production.Consultant Specification Pitching: Conduct technical presentations to healthcare consultants, biomedical engineers, and hospital directors to specify our factory’s products in upcoming project designs.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate directly with the factory production and design teams to ensure custom engineering requests match client specifications.

Job Requirements (Keywords & Selection Criteria):Education: B.Sc. in Biomedical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering is mandatory.Experience: 3–5 years of solid pre-sales or technical sales experience in Modular Cleanrooms, Operating Theatres, CSSD, or heavy Medical Equipment turnkey projects in Egypt.Technical Skills: Deep understanding of HVAC/HEPA filtration integration, medical gas systems, anti-bacterial materials, and low-current hospital grids.Software Proficiency: Highly proficient in AutoCAD (essential) and Revit/BIM (strongly preferred) to review and modify architectural shop drawings.Language: Fluent in Arabic and very good command of written/spoken English for writing technical proposals.Mobility: Must possess a valid Egyptian driver's license and a personal vehicle for site visits and client meetings.
