- Prepare technical and commercial quotations.
- Prepare customer proposals and offer documentation.
- Prepare sales contracts and contract amendments.
- Maintain accurate contract documentation and records.
- Develop scope of supply, exclusions, assumptions, and commercial terms.
- Ensure quotations comply with customer requirements and company standards.
- Create and maintain quotations, opportunities, and customer records in the ERP system.
- Analyze customer requirements and purchasing trends.
- Generate sales reports and monitor quotation status.
- Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and Marketing.
- Ensure timely submission of quotations and proposals.
المتطلبات والشروط
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or related Field.
- +1 years of experience in technical sales support, proposal engineering, tendering, or project coordination.
- Fresh graduates with strong technical and communication skills may also be considered.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with ERP systems ( SAP or similar) is a plus.
- Understanding of quotation and contract preparation.
- Knowledge of industrial refrigeration, HVAC, or industrial equipment is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
