Telecaller

Job Responsibilities:- Communicate with current and potential clients over the phone.- Introduce the company's products and services and present them professionally.- Follow up with clients, answer their inquiries, and provide suitable solutions.- Convert potential clients into actual sales opportunities.- Prepare initial price quotes in coordination with the sales team when needed.- Record and update client data in the company's system (CRM or Excel).- Follow up with clients after sending quotes until the sale is completed.- Achieve monthly sales targets.- Prepare daily and weekly reports on calls and follow-up results.- Coordinate with different departments to ensure the best service for clients.- Maintain the company's image and build strong professional relationships with clients.
