Telemarketing - German Speaker

Make outbound calls to potential customers in Germany.Introduce the company and explain our services effectively.Identify customer needs, interests, and potential opportunities.Provide accurate information and relevant documentation.Record all interactions and inquiries in the CRM system.Manage customer relationships and accounts.Collect, organize, and categorize customer data.Regularly update and maintain records in the CRM software.

Excellent proficiency in German (C1 – speaking, reading, writing).Strong communication and customer service skills.Minimum 2 years of experience in telemarketing or customer acquisition.Ability to achieve goals and build strong, lasting relationships with clients.Organized, independent, and methodical working style.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
