Telesales Agent

We are seeking a Telesales Representative with a medical background to join our team.

The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, promoting company products, and providing accurate medical-related information to customers.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying customer needs, offering suitable solutions, and achieving sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Science, or any medical-related field.Medical background is a must.1–3 years of experience in telesales or customer service is preferred.Strong communication and persuasion skills.Good command of English.Ability to work in a target-driven environment.Basic knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
