OTO is Hiring Immediately We need a Telesales Representative with a minimum of one year of experience in the TeleSales field Working from Site, Fixed ShiftsIdentify and understand customer needs to effectively present and recommend suitable courses and services.Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, online inquiries, and referrals.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.Provide detailed information about course offerings, pricing, and enrolment processes.Handle objections and resolve customer concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.

1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs.
