Key Responsibilities:Contact potential clients to introduce Circle Code servicesFollow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunitiesHandle customer inquiries via phone and online channelsProvide accurate information about products and servicesMaintain customer records and update CRM / tracking sheetsAchieve monthly sales targets and KPIsSupport onboarding of new customers when requiredEscalate technical or operational issues to the concerned team
