Contact potential and existing customers by phone to promote digital marketing services and achieve sales targets.
Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable services based on their requirements.
Handle customer inquiries, requests, and follow-ups professionally.
Generate new leads, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings with potential clients.
Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
Maintain accurate customer records and update call outcomes in the CRM.
Build strong client relationships and identify potential business opportunities and partners.

المتطلبات والشروط

Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales.
Strong sales, consulting, negotiation, and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand client needs and business requirements.
Positive, enthusiastic, and target-oriented attitude.
Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
Good command of English, both spoken and written.
Good computer and CRM skills.
