Proven experience in telesales or sales, ideally within the education, training, or tech sectorTrack record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas (especially via phone)Strong ability to explain complex solutions clearly and persuasivelyResilient, cool-tempered, and able to handle objections or rejection confidentlyExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skillsAble to identify customer needs and match them to the right offeringFamiliarity with AI, software, or tech-related training programs is a strong plusExcellent spoken and written EnglishPresentable, professional demeanor with a client-first mindset
