Telesales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Telesales Executive to join IPS.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling multifunction printers, office printing solutions, Managed Print Services (MPS), print management software, electronic document management and archiving solutions, and annual maintenance contracts.

The role includes generating new leads, contacting prospective customers, understanding their business needs, preparing quotations, following up on sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

diploma or Bachelor's degree .2–5 years of experience in Telesales or Inside Sales, preferably in office automation, IT solutions, or printing industry.Previous experience selling printers, copiers, Managed Print Services (MPS), print management software, document management solutions, or maintenance contracts is highly preferred.Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.Strong sales and closing abilities with a target-driven mindset.Good command of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.Good English communication skills (written and spoken).Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
