Telesales Representative

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.

Answer questions about products, pricing, and company policies.

Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.

Close sales and achieve monthly targets.

Handle customer objections professionally.

Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information.

Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships.

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, customer service, etc.) when needed.

(1-3 )years of experience in telesales, call center, or a similar sales/customer service role.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Basic computer skills (CRM systems, Microsoft Office).

Strong listening skills and patience.

Bachelor’s degree is required.
