Manage the day-to-day operations of Trade Marketing to ensure work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes, and procedures.Coordinate Sales & Marketing meetings and communications by arranging meeting schedules and communication channels to ensure full alignment between both departments.Ensure Sales Managers' acknowledgment of Trade Marketing activities by establishing regular communication to gain alignment and support.Develop and implement monthly trade activities for priority trade channels to meet brand volume, share, and profit objectives in conjunction with Marketing.Conduct post-evaluation of trade marketing activities against the established KPIs.Manage POSM development and deployment by communicating and following up with Sales Managers, Marketing, Purchasing, and Logistics departments to ensure timely delivery and maximum impact.Monitor trade activities by conducting regular market visits to obtain proof of performance and report execution standards.Conduct random market visits to ensure Savola visibility standards are implemented effectively and efficiently.Ensure consistent competitiveness of the brand mix by analyzing competitor activities in retail and commodity markets and recommending suitable actions to maintain brand volume and market share.Play a key role in the demand forecast cycle by developing a standardized process, including communication format, submission timing, and revision/corrective actions to achieve agreed targets.Develop pricing strategy per Category, Brand, SKU, and channel in conjunction with NSMs, Marketing, and Finance through continuous updates on supply cost and market price changes.Conduct price analysis projects across all trade channels by communicating with Sales Managers to obtain guidelines and recommendations for the pricing strategy.Supervise the implementation of projects to ensure completion within agreed cost, budget, timelines, scope, quality standards, and objectives.Ensure excellence in trade marketing activities execution by tracking, following up, and reporting on execution to ensure objectives are achieved.Manage the development, production, and installation of in-store advertising materials according to category and brand strategy to maximize awareness, standing, and imagery within budget and on time.Identify market, channel, category, brand, and account weaknesses and opportunities by collating and analyzing data from trade marketing reports, research, retail audits, and customer/account sales to provide recommendations and solutions.Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices, considering international best practices, business process improvement, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.Drive distributor sales volume growth and achievement of distribution targets by developing appropriate channel strategies in conjunction with NSMs to achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets.Prepare reports accurately and on time to meet Savola and Trade Marketing department requirements, policies, and standards.Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.

Bachelor’s degree in relevant major (Business, commerce…etc.)4- 6 years of relevant experience in a similar role in a leading organization preferably FMCG.Strong background in traditional trade, route to market and retail audit analysis.
