Trade Marketing Manager

Program Management: Plan and execute trade marketing initiatives and enroll retailers into Shell promotional programs.Performance Tracking: Monitor customer progress against KPIs and ensure achievement of sales targets.Market Excellence: Conduct regular field visits across North Upper Egypt (Min. 1 day/week) to build relationships and monitor execution.Insights & Reporting: Provide structured market intelligence and competitor analysis to the sales management team.Coordination: Liaise with Shell and internal departments (Sales, Inventory, Finance) for seamless gift disbursement and campaign launches

Experience: 3-5 years in Trade Marketing or Sales Support (FMCG or Automotive background is a plus).Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.Travel: Ability and willingness to travel regularly to North Upper Egypt.Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
