Trading Sales Team Leader

We are looking for a Sales Team Leader with the ability to build and lead a sales team from scratch to achieve ambitious sales targets.

This role requires a strong leadership personality capable of motivating and guiding the team, with a compensation system based on a fixed salary plus commission linked to team performance and target achievement.

Key Responsibilities: Build and manage a dedicated sales team, starting with a small number of members and gradually expanding it.

Set individual and team targets and monitor performance to ensure goals are achieved.

Train, guide, and continuously support team members to maximize results.

Motivate the team and drive them toward achieving sales objectives.

Monitor and analyze team performance and suggest effective strategies for improvement.

Arabic language proficiency is required.

Previous experience in sales and team leadership/management, preferably in the trading field.

Strong communication skills with a high ability to motivate and guide others.
