Key Responsibilities:Utilize visual merchandising expertise to enhance the Ahmed El Sallab brand identity, ensuring distinctive and premium product presentation across showrooms through effective layout planning, product display, and continuous showroom vitality.Actively contribute to the department action plan by proposing and executing initiatives that drive sales growth, improve customer experience, and support long-term business profitability, in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.Leverage deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and market trends to design and implement inspiring, commercially effective, and customer-centric showroom presentations that reflect a wide variety of styles, price segments, and lifestyles.Maintain a customer-first approach on the showroom floor by ensuring minimal disruption during changes, while prioritizing safety standards and delivering a visually appealing environment at all times.Adhere to company processes and collaborate effectively with design, sales, and operations teams to capitalize on commercial opportunities and ensure all actions positively impact business performance.Ensure high standards of quality, simplicity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in all visual merchandising activities by applying company guidelines, best practices, and innovative solutions.Continuously gather insights on showroom performance, customer behavior, and product presentation effectiveness, translating these insights into actionable improvements that enhance the overall shopping experience.Stay up to date with the latest trends in home furnishing, ceramics, and retail design, bringing fresh and creative ideas that elevate the showroom experience and inspire customers.

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or any related field.2–5 years of experience in visual merchandising, showroom design, or retail display (preferably in ceramics, furniture, or home finishing materials).Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles, space planning, and customer journey within retail environments.Good knowledge of market trends in home furnishing, interior design, and retail presentation.Ability to translate business goals into creative and commercial showroom solutions.Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.High attention to detail with a strong sense of aesthetics and design.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Commercial mindset with awareness of sales impact and profitability.Proficiency in design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite is a plus).Flexibility to work on the shop floor and support showroom updates when needed.
