Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Resolve customer issues efficiently by identifying problems, troubleshooting, and providing accurate information or solutions.
Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Stay updated on VOIS products, services, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
