Warehouse Manager

Plan, organize, and manage all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.Ensure accurate inventory records and update stock movements in the system.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Logistics departments.Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and evaluate performance.Ensure proper handling, storage, and preservation of materials and products.Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.Prepare reports on inventory, warehouse performance, and KPIs.Implement warehouse procedures and best practices to improve efficiency.Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.· 5–10 years of experience in warehouse management, with leadership experience.· Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management systems, and ERP software.· Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in warehouse management.
