Warehouse Manager

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate stock control, and smooth inbound and outbound logistics while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch.Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits.Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Procurement, Production, and Planning teams.Lead, coach, and evaluate warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence.Develop and implement warehouse procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.Ensure proper storage conditions and compliance with company policies and HSE requirements.Prepare warehouse performance reports and monitor KPIs.Optimize warehouse space utilization and material flow.Oversee ERP transactions and ensure accurate inventory records.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.7–10 years of warehouse experience.Experience in FMCG, Food Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, or Manufacturing is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar) is an advantage.Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Good command of English and Microsoft Office.LocationEl Sadat City, Menoufia
