Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities:preferably in the steel, industrial, or spare parts industry Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch.

Manage inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits.

Optimize warehouse layout and storage to maximize efficiency.

Lead, coach, and supervise warehouse staff to achieve operational targets.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/WMS systems.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field 7+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably in the steel, industrial, or spare parts industry.

Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics.

Experience with ERP/WMS systems.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
