Warehouse Manager

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage all warehouse and inventory operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in retail or fashion, with excellent knowledge of stock control, warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and team management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all daily warehouse operations.
• Supervise receiving, storing, issuing, and transferring merchandise.
• Ensure all received items match purchase orders, invoices, quantities, styles, colors, and sizes.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all stock movements are properly recorded on the system.
• Organize warehouse storage to ensure easy access, proper product handling, and maximum space utilization.
• Manage stock transfers between the main warehouse and branches.
• Monitor branch stock levels and coordinate stock redistribution based on sales performance and business needs.
• Conduct regular and surprise physical inventory counts.
• Reconcile physical stock with system inventory and investigate any shortages, overages, or discrepancies.
• Identify the root causes of inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Manage receiving, issuing, transfers, returns, and inventory documentation.
• Supervise branch and customer returns and ensure they are properly recorded and returned to inventory.
• Supervise warehouse staff, assign daily tasks, and monitor performance and discipline.
• Ensure proper handling and protection of all merchandise.
• Prepare regular inventory reports, including slow-moving stock, shortages, excess stock, discrepancies, and stock movement.
• Coordinate with Sales, E-commerce, Purchasing, Finance, and other departments.
• Improve warehouse procedures to increase efficiency and reduce operational errors.
• Support E-commerce order preparation and fulfillment when required.
• Ensure accurate SKU, barcode, size, and color identification for all products.
• Establish and maintain warehouse procedures and internal controls.
