Warehouse Section Head

Operational Oversight: Lead and manage all warehouse activities including receiving, internal storage, and dispatching operations.Inventory Accuracy: Implement strict inventory control measures and conduct regular audits using ERP systems to ensure 100% stock accuracy.Workflow Optimization: Enhance warehouse layout and racking management to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.Health & Safety: Enforce rigorous HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols to ensure a zero-accident workplace and safe material handling.Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and evaluate a team of storekeepers, forklift operators, and loaders to maintain high performance levels.Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse KPIs, stock levels, and resource consumption.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.Experience: 5-10 years of experience in warehouse management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/leadership role within a manufacturing environment.Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Excel.Knowledge: Deep understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and modern logistics practices.Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage complex operations under pressure.
